Ordered products shall be delivered within 3 to 4 working days for deliveries in France, 3 to 8 working days for deliveries in rest of Europe, Switzerland and Lichtenstein, according to destinations.
They shall be delivered by Colissimo Expert.
A fixed charge of 8 Euros (including all taxes) is applied automatically to your order for deliveries in France, whatever the number of items; and a charge of 14 Euros (including all taxes) for deliveries in other countries of European Union, Switzerland and Lichtenstein.
In case of dissatisfaction on receiving your order, you have 7 (seven) days to return the item to us in its original packaging, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice, to the address of the Company registered office.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or faulty shall not be refunded.
