LELIEVRE a company which combines modernity with tradition… since nearly 100 years !

1914Creation of the company by Henri Lelièvre on 1st July 1914, and set up its commercial premises at 36 Rue des Petits Champs in Paris.
1934Premature death of Henri Lelièvre at 44; his spouse will take over temporarily the management of the company from 1934 until 1944.
1944Paul Lelièvre, his son, joins to manage the company.
1954Relocation of company headquarters to current address: 13 Rue du Mail, Paris 2nd
1972Purchase of Victor Coates company
1972Patrick Lelièvre, his grandson , joins the company and is the present President
1973Purchase of Quenin company, famous silk weavers from Lyon area
1987Exclusive distribution agreement with Alcantara for the French market
1992Exclusive distribution agreement with Gaston y Daniela for the French market.
1997Worldwide licence of Kenzo and launch of the first Kenzo Maison collection
1997 Launch of the first home accessories collection for Lelièvre
1998Purchase of the oldest and most famous silk weavers in Lyon: Tassinari & Chatel
2002Opening of the Rue de Furstenberg show room in Paris Rive Gauche.
2008Full refurbishment of flagship show room 13 Rue du Mail by famous designer Jean-Philippe Nuel
2009Emmanuel Lelièvre, great grandson of the founder, joins the company.
2010Worldwide licence of Sonia Rykiel and launch of the first Sonia Rykiel Maison collection.
2012Worldwide licence of Jean Paul Gaultier and launch of the first Jean Paul Gaultier by Lelievre collection.
