| 1914 | Creation of the company by Henri Lelièvre on 1st July 1914, and set up its commercial premises at 36 Rue des Petits Champs in Paris. |
| 1934 | Premature death of Henri Lelièvre at 44; his spouse will take over temporarily the management of the company from 1934 until 1944. |
| 1944 | Paul Lelièvre, his son, joins to manage the company. |
| 1954 | Relocation of company headquarters to current address: 13 Rue du Mail, Paris 2nd |
| 1972 | Purchase of Victor Coates company |
| 1972 | Patrick Lelièvre, his grandson , joins the company and is the present President |
| 1973 | Purchase of Quenin company, famous silk weavers from Lyon area |
| 1987 | Exclusive distribution agreement with Alcantara for the French market |
| 1992 | Exclusive distribution agreement with Gaston y Daniela for the French market. |
| 1997 | Worldwide licence of Kenzo and launch of the first Kenzo Maison collection |
| 1997 | Launch of the first home accessories collection for Lelièvre |
| 1998 | Purchase of the oldest and most famous silk weavers in Lyon: Tassinari & Chatel |
| 2002 | Opening of the Rue de Furstenberg show room in Paris Rive Gauche. |
| 2008 | Full refurbishment of flagship show room 13 Rue du Mail by famous designer Jean-Philippe Nuel |
| 2009 | Emmanuel Lelièvre, great grandson of the founder, joins the company. |
| 2010 | Worldwide licence of Sonia Rykiel and launch of the first Sonia Rykiel Maison collection. |
| 2012 | Worldwide licence of Jean Paul Gaultier and launch of the first Jean Paul Gaultier by Lelievre collection. |
